These terms apply to the Influencer tool at influencer.totenkode.no ("the tool"), operated by Totenkode AS, Norway ("we").

The tool

The tool lets authorised members of our team publish videos to TikTok accounts they control, using TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. Access is by invitation only.

Your responsibilities

• Only post content you own or have the rights to, and that follows TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, including the Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, the Branded Content Policy.
• Disclose commercial content truthfully when you post it.
• Keep your Google and TikTok accounts secure.

What we do

The tool posts only what you choose, with the settings you choose, after you confirm. It never posts on its own. Data is handled as described in our privacy policy.

No warranty

The tool is provided as is. TikTok decides whether and when a post is published, and may change or limit its API at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for content you post.

Ending use

You can stop using the tool and disconnect TikTok at any time. We may end access at any time.
